Dr. Gautami is a seasoned Behavioral Expert based in Kolkata, with over 19 years of experience working with leading organizations such as Capgemini Technology Services, AGC Technologies Ltd, IDBI Bank, Edelweiss Pvt. Ltd., Landis Gyr Ltd., Tata Power, Tata Motors, and L&T Financial Holdings. In academia, she contributes as a Visiting Faculty member at premier institutions, including Xavier’s Business School at St. Xavier’s University and Amity University Kolkata.
Dr. Gautami holds a Doctorate in Management, specializing in Behavioral Finance and Investment Psychology, and was validated by the British Council as a Professional Development Trainer (Core Skills) in 2017. She has been an active member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Kolkata Chapter, since 2012, serving in key roles such as Treasurer and National Council Member.

Arthur serves as the Head of Business Development and Senior Consultant for Sales Enablement programs at Cogwheel Band Training & Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in retail banking, Arthur brings a wealth of leadership expertise to his role. As a senior consultant, he specializes in enhancing sales skills and customer relationship management for all industries, helping teams build stronger client relationships and drive growth. His proficiency in people management is instrumental in establishing effective and efficient operations.
Hazel is based out of Mumbai . A highly experienced and accomplished artist activist dedicated to building brave spaces for trauma survivors and individuals impacted by gender-based violence. With over 15 years of collaboration with NGOs across India and internationally. She brings a diverse skillset as a psychotherapist, specialising in art-based workshops and trainings on PoSH, POCSO, gender sensitivity, women’s empowerment, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging at the workplace.
